Authors Guidelines

Note: Dear authors, please take into consideration that the review process is taking some time so you should not expect that your papers can be evaluated in a very short time. Only after careful consideration we can give you an answer regarding the publishing decision.
Please use the journal template for writing your paper. Do not modify the template.
Please consider that after the moment your paper is accepted, NO CHANGES are allowed anymore.
Note. The Journal of Educational Sciences & Psychology does not have article processing charges or article submission charges.
We accept research papers (empirical studies) as well as theoretical studies. Book reviews will be also considered for publication.
The format of the document is A4 (210x297 mm). The settings for the mirror of the page (margins) are 2.54 cm Top, Bottom, and 3.17 cm Left, Right. Please use the Times New Roman (TNR) font type. You can use also the JESP template posted on our website.
The text will include the following sequence of parts:
o Title; TNR 16 Bold, Centered, 12 pts After;
o Surname(s) and Name(s) of the author(s); TNR 14 Normal Centered, 8 pts After;
o Author(s) affiliation; TNR 10 Normal, centered;
o E-mail of the contact author – on the first page as footnote; TNR 9 Normal, Left;
o word Abstract; TNR 10 Bold, Left, 11 pts After;
o Abstract contents (50…100 words); TNR 10 Normal;
o word Keywords; TNR 10 Italics, Left;
o Keywords; TNR 10 Left and 3…5 items separated by semicolons, 10 pts After;
o The main text; type font size:
- Headings – TNR 12 Bold, Before 12 pts, After 12 pts;
- Subheadings 1 – 12 pts Italics, 12 pts Before, 12 pts After;
- Simple text – TNR 12 Normal, Left – Right, start a new paragraph by indenting it from the left margin; for the figures and tables, use TNR 10 Normal. Some flexibility of the presentation will be allowed but authors are urged to arrange the subject matter clearly under such headings as: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussions/Conclusions;
- Illustrations must be placed as close as possible to where they are mentioned in the main text. They must be numbered consecutively (e.g. Fig.1. , Fig. 2…) Bold, Centered with caption (TNR 10 normal) and should be placed below figure. All line drawings and photos should be black and white;
- Tables must be numbered consecutively (e.g. Table. 1). Table headings should be placed above the table;
o References to the literature should be mentioned in the main text by writing the author and year in brackets. List these at the very end of your paper (under the heading 'References'); the references should follow the APA style (see details on http://www.apastyle.org; also you can find details in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association).
