Keywords   gift, reciprocity, generosity, exchange, school

Abstract
People offer gifts. The world is admirable because let place to the gifts: it's the place of generosity, joy, surprise. Gifts develop and consolidate the human relationships, they make them dynamic and refresh them, and they take them out from the monotony. Gifts make people closer and closer. It's over education the one which allows us to know to want to give gifts. The gift expresses consideration, respect and our admiration. It's a gesture of noblesse, of gratitude.
School is a stimulating, opened environment, where teachers and students ? among them and one with the other ? offer and receive gift, they learn the logic of gift, the consequences of the rules of reciprocity, the distinction between poisoned gift (?the gift?) and the healthy ones (gift).

Keywords   technology, complementarity of values, new technologies.

Abstract
Current technology has become a must for young persons nowadays, many of their activities being generated and accompanied by today's technological structures. From learning, to keeping informed, from work to entertainment and recreation activities, all these elements with pragmatic or aesthetic focus, in a collective perspective or an intimately individual one, are built upon or mediated through the new technologies. Rejecting technology, in the name of a number of so-called absolute theoretical values would mean not paying attention to reality and rejecting it. The best thing to do would be to subdue technology, to humanise and spiritualise it, assigning it practices where the complementarity of values should be present. Recognising the conduct that youth have adopted towards the new technologies makes us think that they are not considerably negative and blamable, the way they might be described at first glance. Most young people use technology very carefully and within reasonable limits, the excesses not being greater than the ones peculiar to other psycho-behavioral contexts. Nevertheless, the delay and the creation of certain habits ? and also the awareness regarding their existence! ? causes us not to lose from sight the possible lapses which we can prevent at the level of our educational activities. Especially when the people under consideration are still flexible and sensitive to the different educogen stimuli.

Abstract
The education of creativity constitutes a major desideratum of education in general, and of school education, in particular. Starting from the pre-school age, or even earlier, we can discuss about that admirable creative potential that a person can have, the creativity, which turns creation into a psychic activity, but its completion depends upon the experimental action obtained in the child's early ages. In this context we consider the information report and the sensibility of all those working directly with children as well as the collaboration in order to achieve some studies meant to elaborate and implement optimum modalities of creativity training and development as being up-to-date and useful.

Keywords   Transactional Analysis, states of the Ego, communication, education.

Abstract
Each of us may see that we change our state of mind in accordance with our interlocutors and circumstances. Transactional Analysis (T. A.) identified them by using simple words. This genuine instrument of evolution and communication explains how to build ourselves a ?life script?, to what ?key words? should we obey to deep inside, in what ill-fated ?psychological games? we are sometimes involved and how to avoid them. Especially, it demonstrates in a certain way how to have efficient and pleasant relationships with the others.

Keywords   religious education, curriculum, denominational, non-denominational.

Abstract
The present article aims at offering a comparative analysis of the way religious education is provided in the different European educational systems. Given that the place of religious education in public schools is an aspect that is often subject to education policy analyses or to public debates, we consider that this kind of work is necessary because it provides an overview of the general situation, offers details about particular experiences and shows that we do need comparative research on the educational and social impact of the different ways of approaching this type of education.

Keywords   language policy, multilingual education, language planning, ideology, power.

Abstract
Bilingualism and multilingualism are indispensable necessity of everyday life for the majority of the world's population. According to Romaine (1995), "linguists estimate that there are roughly 6800 languages in the world, but only about 200 nation-states. With more than 30 times as many languages as there are countries, bilingualism or multilingualism is present in practically every country in the world, whether it is officially recognized or not [6, p. 584]. This implies that multilingual educational contexts include the educational practices of most countries in the world. The various cultural and linguistic contexts existing in modern societies around the world create complex challenges for policy makers in many areas. In this regard, a wide range of conditions can have an effect on language policy. As Ferguson [15, p. 9] puts it, "all language planning activities take place in particular sociolinguistic settings, and the nature and scope of the planning can only be fully understood in relation to the settings". [38, p. 15] Also other issues pertinent to language policy such as "standardization, language planning and bilingual programs can also serve as the instruments of linguicide? [29, p. 23], which is a rampant and effectual phenomenon in multilingual contexts. In this paper issues most germane to language policy in multilingual educational contexts, namely components of language policy, language policies in nation-states, typologies and models of multilingual education, types of bilingual education, bilingual education models, immersion program, the effectiveness of bilingual education, standardization, standard languages, language ideology and beliefs, language loyalty, language planning and language policy shall be touched upon. In the epilogue the relationship between language policy, power and linguicide shall be followed by the recapitulation of the discussion.

Abstract
Social theory has influenced the delivery of education in America for decades. This paper examines four social theories: functionalism, Marxism, interpretive, and postmodernism, the defining characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of each. A comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of each theory is presented. Beginning in the Jeffersonian Era and continued influence by Dewey, this paper relates the role of critical theory (postmodernism) to the function of education in today's society. The author concludes with a discussion of the relationship of critical theory to a personal philosophy as nurse and educator.

Abstract
Simulation learning is but one of those learning methods which actually and substantially ensure the centring on the beneficiary of the process. Starting from the importance of this tendency for the present educational practice and from an insufficient approach to the problem of learning through simulation in the references of the sciences of education, the current paper aims at defining the required conceptual delimitation and specifying the characteristics of the process, as well as at illustrating an application carried out with students during the initial training process for the didactic career.

Abstract
While in the United States, career counselling and school counselling are the most important fields of activities of the G.C.D.F., labour market integration has become an important issue in Europe. European activities and projects like E.Q.U.A.L., E.S.F. etc. have often a focus on labour market integration. In many European countries, a real, integration industry' came into existence during the last decades. However, there is still a great demand for qualified staff. Many agents who are active in the field of career services or labour market integration do not have an academic education or vocational training but are experienced practitioners with a lot of evidence-based skills and network resources. In this paper, five areas of activities are identified where these practitioners could profit from a G.C.D.F. training.

Abstract
Comparative education helps different countries utilize successful experiences and learn from others' unsuccessful experiences. It finds the roots of the problems and prepares the ground for the economic and social development of nations. This article is an effort at acquiring other countries' experiences and the necessity of using their findings in terms of formal and informal educations. This undeniable fact motivated the authors to comparatively analyze the educational systems in China and Iran after their revolutions. In this study, George Beredy's framework has been employed. First, the Post-revolutionary geographical, political, social-economic situations in the People's Republic of China and those of the Islamic Republic of Iran are juxtaposed and described.
Then educational systems of these two countries after the revolutions 1949 in china and 1979 in Iran are investigated to come up with commonalities and discrepancies. There is a time interval of thirty years between these two revolutions; Islamic revolution happened some thirty years ago while the Chinese revolution occurred some sixty years ago.In this study , philosophy and objectives of education are scrutinized first and then different pedagogic programs at different levels such as preparatory, guidance school, high school, and university are delineated. Comparison and contrast is carried out through information gathered from different educational perspectives taking into account their relevant philosophical and educational goals in different educational courses and programs. Finally, interpretation of the data and analysis of findings have been indicative of the fact that the Chinese experience can immensely change and enhance the educational system in Iran owing to some really interesting similarities and commonalities.

Keywords   overburdening, learning demands, stress, traditional and modern schooling, subversiveness of knowledge, permissive discourse, social conditions.

Abstract
In this paper we discuss the problem of the overburdening of pupils in schools or from school, using data from international studies which allow a comparison of Slovene pupils with those from other countries. Through interpreting the data, which do not indicate a cogent empirical basis for a belief in excessive burdening, we outline the professional and political context of the prevailing pedagogical theories and the demands of a mature capitalist society on the individual, and demonstrate why they lead to the belief that pupils are overburdened with schoolwork. If the reproduction of the existing social conditions is one of the fundamental functions of school institutions, then the effects of the discourse about overburdening and the "repressiveness? of school must also be analysed from this viewpoint, whereby its hidden and less desirable aspects are revealed. This discourse, when connected with permissive pedagogical discourse, results in the reduction of the concrete learning demands on children, which has the most radical effect on children from culturally underprivileged environments, whose social position is to a great extent dependent on the very realisation of the subversive potential of school knowledge.
